The main focus of wellness coaching is to concentrate on your strengths and build on them to help you realize your goals.

Yoga and mindfulness are an essential part of my life and my practice has helped me bring more balance and stability into my world. I have over 10 years experience in health education, and am a RYT200, with additional training in restorative yoga and children's yoga. *National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) is issued by the International Consortium for Health and Wellness Coaching and their exam is administered through the National Board of Medical Examiners (NMBE), the same body that credentials physicians and nurses. The requirements to sit for the board exams are an approved course of study, hours of real-life coaching experience, continuing education hours, and a commitment to a strict set of ethical and legal standards.
