Gentle Yoga
This gentle class places an emphasis on linking breath to movement, while relieving tension in the body, and moving mindfully. It's a good fit for those who are new to yoga and experienced practitioners who want to slow down and bring mindfulness and presence to their practice. While focusing on presence, rather than how a pose looks, we create stability and peacefulness both on and off the mat.

Restorative Yoga
Come rest, relax & renew the body, mind & spirit with this gentle, deeply healing class. Restorative Yoga is a calming practice that emphasizes the use of blankets, bolsters, and other props to completely support the body in basic yoga postures with no muscular effort. This brings deep relaxation, slows the breath and invites stillness of the mind. The fully supported postures will help combat the mental and physical effects of everyday life and access the body’s innate healing capacity.

Mindful Flow Yoga
In this class you will be guided through asana (physical postures) in a slow, deliberate flow with time to explore the space between the poses. The emphasis is placed on listening to your body and honoring what it needs in the moment. Each practice also explores yoga as a lifestyle and how we can weave the teachings of yoga into our everyday lives. The small group setting of the home studio is the perfect way to create a deeper connection with your self and your practice.
