PRENATAL YOGA
Through postures modified for all stages of pregnancy, prenatal yoga aims to boost balance, circulation, flexibility and muscle tone for a healthy pregnancy. Classes also teach deep breathing and relaxation tools to use in labor, delivery and beyond into parenthood.
