Slow Flow Yoga ~ In-person & Virtual

Gentle yoga class to strengthen, stretch, relax and breathe.
The combination of movement and breath work 
provide a well-rounded, healing practice for mind, body and spirit.  


This class is offered in partnership with Cambridge-Isanti Community Education.  Participants may choose to join class in-person or virtually via Zoom.
