What is Wellness Coaching?

Wellness coaching is designed for people who are looking to make a change in their lives. It is a step-by-step process moving you towards your health and wellness goals. The coaching relationship empowers you to create permanent changes you have found difficult to do on your own.

How can a coach help me? Wellness coaching helps you to create a specific plan that targets the strategies to overcome your obstacles. By identifying what works for you as a unique individual striving for healthy balance, you can foster a positive and realistic outlook towards goals and lifestyle change.  It is my job, as your coach, to ask the tough questions that will have you exploring your deepest motivations for wellness. 
 
What happens in a coaching session? During your initial session, we will work together to help you connect your core values to your actions, enabling you to:
  • Create your individual wellness vision
  • Discover your motivators and strengths
  • Identify potential barriers
  • Set strategies and goals to achieve your plan
Follow-up sessions help you measure your progress, discuss your challenges, and celebrate your successes.

Successful lifestyle change begins with a vision. The first session is 60 – 90 minutes long and designed to discover what you want for yourself in regards to your wellness. All follow-up coaching sessions are 30 minutes in length.  For your convenience, all session are held over the phone.
Create Your Vision: Initial Session | $90 | 60-90 Minutes 
Build on your Success: Follow-up Session | $50 | 30-40 Minutes
